BLAITHIN SWEENEY
Friday clinic
Blaithin Sweeney offers both Ayurvedic Yoga Massage and Reiki sessions here at the centre each week.
AYURVEDIC YOGA MASSAGE is a full body massage that incorporates hands-on and feet-on massage with assisted yoga postures and stretches. Oil is used in combination with an ayurveidc powder. AYM is a type of deep tissue massage where focus is on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
When there is chronic muscle tension or injury, there are usually adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue) in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Adhesions can block circulation and cause pain, limited movement, and inflammation. It is important to relax all muscles so it is possible to reach the deeper musculature.

Tattoo Artist and Body Piercer
Hi, I’m Diana Nasini.
I’m Italian by birth but moved from Rome to live and work in Sligo 9 years ago.
I’ve been a tattoo artist and body piercer for the last 30 years, and I hope to re continue for another 30!
My favourite styles are Blackwork and Traditional.
I love everything about the tattoo world:
Its history — tattooing is an ancient practice, present in almost every culture since the earliest times.
Its cultural relevance and symbolic meaning, even religious significance in some parts of the world.
The deep psychological connection that is created between the people involved in the process.
Its permanence — the lasting expression of identity and emotion.
I enjoy working with the natural forms of the human body and deeply respect the feelings that people want to express and preserve through their tattoos.
That’s why I only work by appointment — to give each person the time and space they deserve.
