Subsequently, she has worked in a variety of statutory and voluntary agencies alongside maintaining her own private practice. She enjoys working with people creatively through somatic awareness and movement, voicework, dreamwork and art to help them reclaim their own resilience amidst their suffering. She also helps facilitate her clients to find a healing and soulful connection with themselves, in their relationships and the wider environment. She has extensive experience in working with anxiety, stress, trauma, sexual abuse and bereavement and also with existential issues of meaning, purpose, and the interface between global issues such as climate derangement and personal distress. From time to time, she runs soulful retreats from her home which is situated in the rewilded woodland and meadows she has lovingly co-created with the land.
